Dwyane Wade has been selected to 12 consecutive All Star games, with his first being in his sophomore season of 2004-05. Played on February 20, 2005 at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado, Wade’s Eastern Conference Team won 125-115 with Wade’s Eastern teammate Allen Iverson named the game’s MVP. There is an old saying in sports to “act like you’ve been there before.” And Wade sure did in his first ASG as he came off the bench to score 14 points, and contributed in every aspect of the game with assists, steals, his usual suffocating defense and even had a blocked shot!
This is the very ring Wade was presented to commemorate his first NBA All-Star Game appearance. The face has “NBA” and “ALL STAR” surrounding a basketball with three CZ diamonds on each side and a large CZ in the middle. One shank of the size 12 sterling silver ring has the NBA logo and “WADE” engraved above, while the other shank has the year “2005” and All Star Game logo. Inside is stamped “STER”. Comes with a signed LOA from Wade’s ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches. This is a great ring presented to Dwyane Wade for his first NBA All Star Game appearance.
